One more thing, if you find yourself at Kaleidoscope Juice at the Gainey Ranch shops, cross the parking lot to Oliver Smith Jewelry to see the gorgeous baubles on display. I lounged a bit on the patio out front taking some photos and reveling in our glorious AZ winter days. The 1,000 square- foot space at the north end of Gainey Village has a French Moroccan design with a feature bar and lounge seating, a large community table and a patio welcoming guests to stay or take their orders to go. They recommended the Flu Shot Smoothie for me A new smoothie menu was recently launched with ten drinks including the Keto Meal, Royal Bee and Longevity.

The cauliflower was also really good but we only ate about half because it was filling!įor dinner, we ordered the Grilled 8oz Filet Mignon and the Braised Wagyu Short Rib & Taleggio Agnolotti from the New Year’s Eve featured specials menu. I really enjoyed the smoky romesco sauce. I didn’t get a picture of the octopus because we started eating it right away (that’s what happens when you’re hungry)! The octopus was delicious. To start, we ordered Wood Grilled Spanish Octopus and Wood Roasted Cauliflower. I can’t wait to go back for happy hour! We were seated at a four-person table, which I loved because we had plenty of space! And this was not the type of restaurant where there are millions of two-person tables inches apart. The restaurant is open concept with a large bar area. So I had plenty of time to get excited about trying this restaurant.

Flint by Baltaire is at the Esplanade, which I hadn’t been to in years! There are so many new restaurants and bars! I am a planner-I made our New Year’s Eve dinner reservations over a month ahead of time.
